How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

 

Do you provide size information?

Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Still unsure? Feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help.

 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email support@bygracerow.com with:

– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. 

 

Do you ship to the U.S.?

Orders placed before 3:00 (EST) on business days are processed the same day, while those placed after that time are handled the next business day. The processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday). Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday). How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 1-2 days. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery, following our return process.
