1. What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday) via USPS.
2. Until what time can I place an order?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
5. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States.
6. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, we kindly ask you to wait an additional 3 business days. If you still have not received it, please contact us with your order number.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please take photos of the product and send them to us by email along with your order number. We will provide a solution as quickly as possible.
9. What are the return conditions?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items in good condition.
